We use this cooler mostly to get bottles to and from daycare 5x a week. We have Tommee Tippee 5 and 9 ounce bottle and I'm sure this has more to do with the shape of the bottles, but we definitely can't fit six all standing upright with the ice pack. Three of these bottles on one side, two on the other fit fine, and then a sixth one just gets popped horizontally on top and we make sure they all have their caps to avoid leaks. Overall, this cooler does exactly what I need it to do, though, and I like how long the strap is so I can sling it across my chest and hold the baby with ease.

I like this cooler. Its tall so you can fit 8oz bottles. But if your bottles are on the wider side, you likely won't be able to fit 6. We use wider bottles and can only fit four bottles. We use a ball as spacers in between the bottles do that none fall or tip over.
