I have been using these pumps since for almost 2 months. I exclusively pump due to issues latching. During the initial weeks, I pumped every couple hours to increase my milk supply. Now I go 4-6 hours between pumps. The batteries, when fully charged, used to last about 24 hours. Now I have to charge them 2-3 times a day, despite actively using them less. Otherwise, they work great, almost as well as my hospital grade pump at expressing milk. The ease of wearing them around has saved me time and kept me pumping because being tethered to a machine multiple times a day was not realistic for me. They hold plenty of milk. I ordered flange inserts according to the recommendation and they no longer hurt my nipples. I ordered a second full set of collection cups to make cleaning/using them throughout the day easier. Overall, would recommend.

Bought this as a back up pump,for when I’m busy and need to pump on the go, or traveling. It’s a good pump however it doesn’t empty my breast. It stops after 30 mins however I have to run it for at-least 45 mins to get a fraction of what my regular pump gives. The thing that I don’t like and hope that they change in the future models is the let down mode. With this model the pump doesn’t switch from let down mode to pump mode , so if you are distracted you can go a while before realizing that you have to switch mode.

I use this pump 3-4 times a day and it is great for multitasking. I wish it was a little quieter because I pump in the middle of the night sometimes, but either way it's not like he wakes up from the noise. I just feel like it's too loud to pump in the room so I stay in the kitchen until I finish.
It's easy to clean, I rinse it with warm water and place it in the fridge after each use, and then wash it every night.
As far as the settings, this thing is STRONG. I use the stimulation setting at 3 for 2 minutes, and then the stimulation and pump alternating setting on 4 for a while and then at some point I change it the only pump setting on a 3 or 4 (depending on how sensitive my breast are) until I reach 20 minutes. If I don't have full breasts, I can get away with pumping for 10 - 15 min. but it their FULL, I pump for 20- 25 minutes.
The battery lasts for about a day and a half. Honestly It doesn't take long to charge, especially if you don't wait for it to die. Once all the lights are on and not flashing anymore it is done charging. It take 30 min to an hour for them to charge. (that's if they're not completely dead)

I’ll be honest, at first I didn’t like this pump at all. I felt like it never got as much as my spectra and I never felt full after pumping. However, it was impractical for me to bring my spectra to work with me so I kept working with this one and I finally figured out a way for it to work the way I need it to. If you’re having trouble with it right off the bat, don’t give up right away, because it’s doing a great job for me now!!
1. Play around with angles and pump modes. For me it works better on one side it it’s facing a bit to the side. On another side, it works best for me if I have it facing directly front. Getting things flowing with the stimulation setting before moving into the deep pumping also helps.
2. Pump about 5 minutes longer than you would with a regular breast pump. For me, this is what I’ve had to start doing to feel really “emptied” at the end.
3. Remaining stationary helps. Of course, you can get up and move around with these but the more you move, the more likely it is to shift and then the angle of the pump can be wrong and you might not get as much. I use it while washing dishes, sitting at my desk to work, eating lunch, or on my drive home in the car.
4. Wear a very supportive bra that holds it tightly against you. It doesn’t do well for me when I wear it with a nursing bra, but when I put on my regular Calvin Klein bra it does a much better job.
Other notes:
It is bulky enough that people will know there is something under your shirt. You cannot hide it while you are at work or in public unless you were to put on a puffy coat.
Also, it is quiet but not incredibly quiet. For example, it is very noticeable when I’m pumping at home where I’m in a quiet environment. But when I’m eating lunch with friends and people are chatting, or if I’m in the car, I barely notice it. If there is background noise most people won’t notice the sound.
It is a pain to clean. my spectra has fewer parts and some parts are a little hard to get to even with a bottle brush. In order to clean it, you have to completely disassemble it every time. Not my favorite.
Overall 4/5 score; I am glad I purchased this and I would purchase it again.

I feel like the suction on this wearable pump goes out eventually. I do not pump nearly as much as with a regular pump. I pump about 9 ozs with our regular medela, but when it comes to this I get about 4-6. Which is a huge difference! They are kind of bulky if you have smaller boobs like me they are quite noticeable.. which honestly sucks because I was hoping to be able to pump at work . But they are also quite noisy!

I love this product, has a very powerful suction and nice diferent modes. However, I didn't know that the pump comes with only one measure of nipples and you have to buy an extra accessory to fit your nipples. If you don't buy it then it is harmful on your nipples. Although it is very portable, the motor is a bit big so it is uncomfortable to use both at the same time and try to do other things.
