I've purchased these a few times for my 06 F250. They are easy to program and only takes a few minutes. However I've noticed that after about a year or so they lose their signal strength and you need to be closer and closer to the vehicle for them to work. Eventually it stops working entirely. It could be the battery inside, but I'm not really sure. For the cost of the product it's not a huge deal, just an annoyance that I'll need to get another pair. When you program the fob you need to do both at the exact same time because if you don't the one you programmed before will stop working

You have to do exactly what the directions say. Once I figured that out, it was super easy. My key and fob are together. The fob quit working. This is a cheap and easy fix. I connected this fob by key , no problems. Love it!

These remote door openers are exactly what I was needing, works perfect and was easy to program on my 2014 F-150 Ford XL Super Cab truck. Even though there were no instructions available for my truck model so I winged it and it worked by using the 8 turn key method.
I would recommend it to anybody that needs a extra remote for their vehicle that the old key fob has quit working or just needs a spare like I did because I have only one key , and one side, the opener button quit working,and one fob at the parts store is about $40.00 . Here you get 2 for about $10.00
