A lot of things could go wrong with something like this to make it fiddly. The tape could be an awkward size, or it could not be sticky enough, or the backing could be impossible to peel. The manufacturing tolerances could be off and things could be challenging to snap together, or they could be loose and flimsy afterwards.
But the tape is just sticky enough (tip: you don't have to use much of it. I put a few inches on each end of each plastic piece). The pieces snap and slide together easily. Once they're together, they feel solid and look great. I planned on screwing them into the wall, but after just taping them they are very securely held on, so I'm going to save myself some time.

After opening the box, there were no couplings included. It appears the product had been partially opened and returned with different parts, or perhaps a packing mistake. After filling out the Amazon form indicating missing parts, the instructions said to contact the seller (Delamu). I sent an email to their customer support including the order number and was pleasantly surprised to get a response within a couple of hours. I requested just replacing the missing couplings, but they ended up sending another box with all of the pieces!
I ended up installing the channels in anticipation of getting the new couplings. I got the smaller size channel, which was perfect to fit 2 Ethernet and one coax cable. The parts seem precisely manufactured - the top channels fit into the lower ones very well and slide easily over one another. Not only that, but the installation looked great even without the couplings, since the ends match so well. The only caveat is that it can be difficult to try to snap the pieces together (versus sliding them together), since the plastic is rather thin and therefore flexes when you put pressure on it.
Highly recommend this vendor and the product!

I bought one pack of these a few weeks ago to run ethernet to my PC. It worked out so well that I bought a second pack for some HDMI I am running from that same PC to my TV. For the price, these worked surprisingly well. I used the screws to mount a few to ensure stable holding points, but the adhesive tape works really well too! Everything was super easy to get put up and it looks very clean. Honestly couldn't be happier and if I need more I'll definitely be buying another pack of these.

I’m here specifically to rave about this double sided tape that comes with the box. It is magical. They weren’t kidding about it being super sticky- it is a magic tape solution to everything in the house and I’m actually buying a second set just for the tape. We found out for example that a part of the baby gate in the kitchen couldn’t be screwed on anywhere due to our kitchens design and I just stuck it on using this tape- it’s been almost 3 years and it’s as if it’s screwed on. If they sell this tape separately I’d buy it and stock up for doomsday lol.

I had low expectations for this stuff. I didn't think it would be strong enough or able to take the number of wires I threaded through. Still it was chea so I gave it a go.
I was rerunning a variety of cables from front to back of my home made camper. They needed to pass through the back of a cabinet, not seen on my photos.
I needed to pass through 2 lengths of romex and 4 runs of 16 awg standard auto zip wire. No problem!! I even weaseled in a shorter length that joined the party half way along.
The double sided tape is pretty much useless just as they all are. It is good to position though once in place you must use some screws to hold it down. The cover snapped solidly in place although don't be yanking on it. The little covers for the joins are kinda stupid but they do give a nice finish. All in all this is a nice product and I give it 2 thumbs up.

I just redid my game room and my wife said I had to do something about the hanging cables. These look professionally done and almost become invisible. I attached mine with small screws. I used this to hide an extension cord used for a surface-mount ceiling fan, and it worked well. It's easily cut: I did some of my cuts with linesman aide-cutting pliers; could have used scissors. I used two screws in each section to hold it to the ceiling/wall, at 1/3 and 2/3 the length, and if you look closely you can see it tight up against the wall there and between them, and slightly bowed out at the ends. Once the covers are on they can only be removed by sliding them off, which isn't easy after installation, so I'll probably just leave it as it is and wear a funny hat to distract visitors. I had one inside bend where the ceiling meets the wall, and I undercut the covers right at that juncture, and it worked well for the 90 (my extension cord was a pretty thick grounded one, so I was worried about the tight bend).
